Taste Around the World

Taste Around the World aims to celebrate the cultural diversity within Abbotsford, where food and culture converge to foster unity and understanding. In collaboration between Archway Community Services and the City of Abbotsford’s Culture City Program Series, this annual gathering aims to support newcomers as they share cultural recipes and stories with neighbours. This kind of meaningful cultural food sharing encourages shared understanding and belonging. We hope to celebrate diversity, promote cultural exchange, support intergenerational knowledge sharing, encourage food justice education, and nurture meaningful connections within our community. Through food, we aim to bridge divides, promote empathy, and enrich the fabric of Abbotsford with the vibrant colors of multiculturalism.
