Focus

FOCUS is our program that offers a set of workshops that focuses on equipping young people with tools to help them navigate and understand mental health. Each session includes activities and discussions which will help young people understand more about their own mental health and resilience. These sessions will equip them with tools that they can use to support themselves and others.

• Who: Ages 13 – 16
• When:  Wednesdays, January 21 to March 4, 2026 (7 sessions)
• Time: 5:45pm-7pm
• Where: ARC Youth Centre
